Start serving now! Highlands Sports Complex offers the best instructional volleyball classes/leagues in the Tri-State area. Lead by enthusiastic and skilled volleyball professionals, our classes are informational, engaging, and fun. Your children won’t even realize they are practicing.
We let the youth play – while building the critical skills needed to become a well-rounded volleyball player.
This youth volleyball class is a 6-week (1-day/week) session designed for children to learn the fundamentals of the game. Weekly sessions will focus on setting, hitting, serving, and defense and game strategy will be introduced.

Ages 7-12
Six to eight week classes are held in the fall and spring where our instructors concentrate on fundamentals that initiate children to the game as well as develop skills to become ready for a game atmosphere.
Our instructional youth basketball programs are designed to teach your child the fundamentals and importance of teamwork. Volleyball is a team sport and being a good teammate is just as important as your volley.
We offer a variety of classes, segmented by ages. We understand that age does not always determine skill level, so we make sure that our classes are catered towards the individual player. All players are challenged to increase their skills at a team and individual level.
Safety is always important when participating in our classes. It is important that participants wear appropriate athletic shoes and comfortable athletic clothing, preferably a t-shirt and athletic shorts. Please only wear non-marking soled shoes. It is your discretion if your child needs protective eye gear or mouth guards.
Highlands Sports Complex has six full-size regulation courts. There is ample seating spread across the fieldhouse and 2nd-floor mezzanine for parents and guardians.
Individual information will be provided upon signing up for your individual development class.
