Youth and Adults travel from all across the Tri-State area to play on our indoor turf and outdoor field. Our state-of-the-art sports facilities ensure that you don’t have to worry about the weather – we are open for futbol all year round.

Soccer is the most popular sport in the World. Soccer is played by 250 million players in over 200 countries. In many countries, it is known as football.
Although soccer is a very popular sport worldwide, Ohio Valley natives sometimes have to search to find a proper soccer program. Many of our Wheeling high schools have adopted Soccer as a major program – but there are still schools in the Wheeling-Steubenville area that are foreign to the sport.
If you have a little Pelé in your house, Highlands Sports Complex is your go-to location for them to hone their soccer skills.
The popularity of soccer is only growing here in the Ohio Valley. Recreational leagues are opening up and there is a growth of youth soccer players all the way from St. Clairsville to Weirton. The search for a perfect soccer facility or formidable soccer field is real.
Highlands Sports Complex wants to give your child and their league a perfect place to play – rain or shine. We have two full-size regulation turf soccer fields – inside and outside. Our indoor turf is also available as four small-sided fields, while the outdoor field can be divided into multiple youth soccer fields. We’re equipped to host all ages and skill levels and are the perfect fit for your tournament, game, and team practice.
Soccer coaches, athletic directors, and soccer-moms are all welcome to tour the facility and work with our knowledgeable staff about how we can make your soccer league or camp a success.
Our soccer facilities are for everyone. Highlands Sports Complex location is ideal for travelers and for Wheeling, West Virginia residents. Our sports facility is family-friendly and can keep the kids busy while the parents watch the game. The arcade, batting cages, fieldhouse, and play climb are great ways for the siblings to play while your star-athlete kicks in the winning goal.

If you like Soccer, we will have a program for you. Soccer is a great sport to learn at an early age – or something you can pick up as an adult to stay active. Highlands Sports Complex has programs, camps, leagues, and development classes for all ages.
New to Soccer? That’s okay with us. We have youth soccer development classes for 18-month olds to 14-year-olds. Our instructional soccer classes are designed to make sure all youth players are learning the fundamentals of soccer and getting comfortable with the ball at their feet.
Our soccer development classes tend to be multiple-week courses with a selected day/time.
Our soccer camps are designed to help increase your skills while also giving youth that are new to the game a chance to test out soccer. Boys and girls are welcome to join a youth soccer camp and see if they fall in love with the game – as many of us do.
Soccer camps are offered in sessions and separated by age and ability. Our camps have limited availability and are offered on selective dates.
Parents, get ready to watch your little athlete make you proud. Highlands Sports Complex welcomes all recreational soccer associations and leagues to join us for some quality competition, games, and tournaments.
Our facility is the perfect location to schedule your league and not have to worry about weather or places for parents to park. Our indoor turf or outdoor field, concessions, and seating make it a win-win for parents and children.
Our adult leagues provide you the opportunity to keep active in a fun, competitive, and social environment. You don’t have to be a local of Wheeling or the Ohio Valley to participate. Residents from Pittsburgh, Washington, Columbus, Akron, and Cleveland will travel to find quality adult soccer league action.
Our co-ed adult soccer leagues are year-round and are offered to full teams or individual players.
