Highlands Sports Complex Football programs
Join us for an engaging and fun way to learn the sport of football or take your skills to the next level. Highlands Sports Complex offers youth football camps for a variety of ages – elementary school to high school students. Camps are designed so that all skill levels will have fun and learn techniques to be a better player.
Our Summer Flag Football Camp is for Kids ages 5 to 12 interested in learning about flag football. Highlands Sports Instructors, along with players/coaches from local university teams, will be here to introduce the game to these young players.
During the 4-day camp, participants will participate in offensive and defensive skill training, rules, game play and learn how to work as a team.
Camp is designed for players of all ability levels and will consist of three-hour sessions Monday through Thursday, 9 am – 12 pm.
Enroll your child in our All-Star Adventure Camp from 12 pm-4 pm. Your child will have lunch and participate in fun group activities during this time. There will also be an opportunity for Arcade play and Play climbing during the week.
Please note lunch will not be included. Your child must either purchase a meal plan, Purchase lunch from the café or bring their own.

Flag Football Camp & Adventure Camp
Camps are catered to each age group. Although we will have beginners starting in every age group, skills and knowledge are more advanced as you increase in age. We make sure every camper is challenged, whether that is asking a little more or a little less compared to the group.
Our soccer camps are designed into sessions, split by age. These sessions have specific start and end times and run Monday through Friday. Camps last 90-120 minutes (depending on age group).
Youth Football Camps at Highlands Sports Complex are designed for boys and girls.
If you would prefer other football options, take a look at Youth Flag Football Development Classes. These classes are spread out over several weeks, training once a week.
There are very few required items/gear to participate in our camps.
Although we don’t require any additional equipment, extra protective gear can be used during our classes. These items include mouth guards, protective cups, knee or elbow pads, padded pants, gloves, or protective eye/headgear.
Athletic shoes and shorts are recommended to participate. A T-Shirt is included when participating in the camp.
Highlands Sports Complex has two full-size regulation turf fields – inside and outside. Our indoor turf is also available as four small-sided fields, while the outdoor field can be divided into multiple fields.
