Schedule Your Next Corporate Event with Highlands Sports Complex

This isn’t your standard team building! Get out of the office for training and fun while Highlands Sports Complex treats you to a day of activities and focused meeting time for your group or business. Organize a pickleball tournament for the office on the hardwood courts or set up some flag football on the indoor field turf and discuss your next quarter between quarters! You’ll have plenty of meeting space for that presentation or training session as well, so be prepared to work hard and play hard at Highlands Sports for your next corporate event.

We have four dedicated rooms – with access to an event center next door. We have the availability to customize each room – making it work for your corporate meeting.

Corporate Packages

We make it easy to have a corporate gathering at our venue. We have plenty of parking and our complex is near familiar dining and shopping locations. 

Packages

Want the ultimate team building opportunity? Set the gold standard and give your crew a memorable experience at the newest entertainment complex in the Ohio Valley. This package offers the most options to have a fun filled time with your group!

Gold Package includes the following: All-Day Access (8 hours) for up to 40 people.

  1. Use of corporate training room complete with AV equipment
  2. Your choice of FOUR courts or fields… or any combination of both!
  3. Your choice of activity setup for each of your courts/fields
    1. Choice of activity setups include: Basketball, Dodgeball, Volleyball, Pickleball, Kickball, Whiffle Ball, Batting Cages, Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Backyard Sports (cornhole, can jam, ladder ball, lawn darts, etc.)
  4. HSC shirts for all participants
    1. Single color or multiple team colors
  5. Swag Bag (includes backpack, bracelet, koozie, stress ball, carabiner)
  6. Water cooler stations
  7. 40 Arcade play cards ($10 each)
  8. Event host to help/plan organize game play and keep the party going

TOTAL COST: $2500 *$1250 for up to 40 people ($64 *$32 per additional person)

**Continental breakfast, snack stations, and/or catered lunch available at additional charge**

The Silver package gives your group more options to have an exhilarating sports experience on either our beautiful turf field or our gorgeous maple hardwood courts. We will provide the equipment to get the party started.

Silver Package includes the following: All-Day Access (8 hours) for up to 40 people.

  1. Use of corporate training room complete with AV equipment
  2. Your choice of THREE courts or fields… or any combination of both!
  3. Your choice of activity setup for each of your courts/fields 
    1. Basketball, Dodgeball, Volleyball, Pickleball, Kickball, Whiffle Ball, Batting Cages, Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Backyard Sports (cornhole, can jam, ladder ball, lawn darts, etc.)
  4. HSC shirts for all participants
    1. Single color or multiple team colors
  5. Water cooler stations
  6. Event host to help/plan organize game play and keep the party going

TOTAL COST: $1500 *$750 for up to 40 people ($38 *$19 per additional person)

Give your team the chance to bond over a few hours of fun filled sports on our beautiful turf field andor gorgeous maple hardwood courts. We will provide the equipment for your team to have an exciting experience.

Bronze Package includes the following: Half-Day Access (4 hours) for up to 25 people.

  1. Use of corporate training room complete with AV equipment
  2. Your choice of TWO courts or fields… or any combination of both!
  3. Your choice of activity setup for each of your courts/fields 
    1. Basketball, Dodgeball, Volleyball, Pickleball, Kickball, Whiffle Ball, Batting Cages, Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Backyard Sports (cornhole, can jam, ladder ball, lawn darts, etc.)
  4. Water cooler station
  5. Event host to help/plan organize game play and keep the party going

TOTAL COST: $500 *$250 for up to 25 people ($20 *$10 per additional person)

*Introductory Rates

  • Continental breakfast – add $5/person
  • Arcade cards (increments of $5/person)
  • Snack station (2 hours for $100)
  • Additional meeting room ($50/hour)
  • Additional court/field ($60/hour)
  • Additional t-shirts ($10/shirt)
  • Alcohol service (beer & wine) (negotiable – approval needed)

*Introductory Rates

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due at the time of reservation. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received along with the signed agreement. Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. All rental cancellations must be received in writing (letter, email) by the office at least 14 days prior to the requested event date in order to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests received with less than a 14-day notice will not be eligible for a refund.
